What is a reverse osmosis system?+
A filter system under your kitchen sink that pushes water through a very fine membrane and stores it in a small tank, feeding its own faucet. People use it for drinking water, coffee, cooking and ice.
Can I get just the drinking water system?+
Right now we install it together with a water softener (soft water also helps the RO membrane last). Call or text if you only want drinking water and we'll talk it through.
How often do the filters change?+
The pre-filters about once a year, and the membrane every few years. We show you how at install and can remind you when filters are due.
Does it need a second faucet?+
Yes, it comes with its own small faucet next to your main one. If your sink has no spare hole, the plumber handles that.
